Pricing:

Visit fee: £45 (additional milage charges may apply if out of area).

5 stage vetting: £575

2 stage vetting: £400

VDS bloods: included in price of vetting

Individual X-rays: POA (this depends on required views)

Vetting requirements: Passport; dark box that can be blacked out; a hard level trot up area; lunge line; area for lunging on both hard, level and soft surfaces (if these are not available the vetting will need to take place at another venue); tack and rider required for a 5 stage vetting.

Additional Info: Please ensure the horse has been stabled for at least 3 hours before examination. Please arrange for the horse to be groomed and hooves picked out and cleaned prior to the vetting.

Please note: It is now normal for a blood test to be taken for storage in the event of any dispute regarding medications to mask lameness or bad behaviour. Taking the blood helps to protect all relevant parties. It is not mandatory but we do recommend it is taken.
